Laura Pausini is back! The force of one of the most famous Italian singers known around the world will tread onstage once again on a tour that promises to be unforgettable and that will pass through Florence on the 18 and 19 March 2012. Will you be there?
Laura Pausini is pure passion, passion is the word that characterizes the style of her songs and her powerful and distinctive voice that has hadus falling in love with her from the 90´s. Since then, Laura has sold over 50 million albums worldwide and has earned a well deserved reputation.
It had been a while since her last studio album (Early Spring: 2008), but we enjoyed her world tour of 2009 through a great disc and DVD. On the 11 of 11 of 2011 Laura Pausini launches studio album number 11. Curious, isn´t it? It has been a long time since that “Laura Pausini” album sung in Italian in 1993 and that a year later was reprinted and released in Spanish, one of the peculiarities of this artist who has taken advantage of the similarity between the two languages to reach a wider audience. “People,” “The Inside”, “Strange Loves” or “Se Fue” quickly became huge hits and since then, Laura has continued to succeed.
The new album comes with a tour that promises to be unforgettable, “Inedito World Tour 2012″ a tour that is the sixth of her career and will last for a year, from December 2011, the month in which Laura Pausini gave six concerts in Milan and a New year´s eve one in Rome, into January with her Latin America leg of the tour of(Brazil, Argentina, Chile and Peru) and in February she will continue to other countries such as Venezuela, Mexico and so on all over the world We´ll have to wait until March and see the Italian tour in Florence, where she will give two concerts on the 18 and 19 at the Nelson Mandela Forum.
We could give several interesting facts about this tour, as its director is none other than Marco Balich, responsible for major events such as the ceremonies of the Olympic Games in Turin and will be responsible for the ceremonies of the Olympics 2016 in Rio de Janeiro . The stage and lighting belong of the same team that have mounted it for for U2, Pink Floyd, AC / DC and even Michael Jackson. Laura will be wrapped in fantastic choreographed spectacle accompanied by first line dancers and a full band with vocals.
